Payment is due at the time of booking. A booking will not be deemed as confirmed unless full payment has been received.

If you cancel over 8 weeks prior to your arrival a 100% refund will be given, between 4-8 weeks a 50% refund will be given, less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival no refund will be given.

Please be aware that no refund will be given in the event of missed lessons, breakdown of lifts, adverse weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control.

Reach Your Peak reserves the right to cancel a lesson at any time in which case you will be given a full refund of any monies paid.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation, medical, 3^rd party, accident or recovery from the mountain.

Please ensure that you are of an appropriate level of fitness to undertake a physical activity in a mountain environment.

The price of the lesson does not include lift passes, so please ensure that you have the appropriate pass prior to the start of your lesson.

It is essential that you respect any decisions that I make with regards to your safety and the weather conditions on the day.

ALL children must wear helmets during their lessons.
